Our operational capability
Commercial navigation on the Paraguay River involves specific conditions linked to seasonal draft fluctuations, frequent maneuvering of large convoys and the need for immediate technical response during transit.
INAVE GROUP structures its in-transit services around these river dynamics, providing support on the slipway and afloat, for both scheduled maintenance and emergency interventions, to help keep navigation running without interruption. Our capabilities include marine steelwork, structural assembly, specialized welding, piping systems, steering and propulsion.
Our emergency technical standby operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, backed by the workshop vessel Purissima Caritas, equipped with Starlink connectivity and a CCTV system. She travels to the vessel in transit to carry out specialized technical interventions directly on the river, without the vessel having to divert to the slipway.

In-Transit Support
We provide emergency and routine services to vessels in transit, afloat on the Paraguay and Paraná rivers, with immediate technical response through our 24-hour emergency standby.

Workshop Vessel – Floating Shipyard
As part of our in-transit support service, the workshop vessel Purissima Caritas, equipped with Starlink connectivity and a high-resolution CCTV system, travels directly to the vessel in transit to carry out specialized technical interventions afloat (marine steelwork, structural assembly, welding, piping systems, steering and propulsion), avoiding a trip to the slipway and keeping operational downtime to a minimum.

Barge Preparation
We carry out full pre- and post-loading barge preparation, including hold cleaning, pressure washing, lime washing, hose testing, fiberglass hatch cover repair, watertightness testing, tarping and sealing of hatch covers and holds.
