Our commitment
INAVE GROUP operates with a highly specialized team, enrolled in ongoing training programs in industrial safety and operational excellence. Our team brings together naval architects and technicians with extensive experience in inland shipbuilding, electromechanical and industrial engineers who graduated from leading Paraguayan universities, and internationally qualified welders and marine fitters.
Ongoing training covers first aid and CPR, man-overboard rescue, emergency team management and the correct use of personal protective equipment. We create specialized jobs and contribute to the development of Paraguay’s shipbuilding sector, in line with our corporate values.

Staff well-being
We have set up a sports area at our facilities, open to all our employees, to train and strengthen teamwork. In a shipyard where work at height, hot work and confined-space work demand full concentration, staff well-being is an integral part of industrial safety.
