2010
Founding
INAVE GROUP was founded with a clear vision: to provide specialized shipbuilding and ship repair services on the Hidrovía. From Nueva Asunción, across from Asunción, it provides technical support to domestic and international shipowners on a stretch marked by constant traffic and shifting draft conditions.
2016
Construction of the ÁRASY
Construction of the ÁRASY, a 22 m, 2 × 460 HP harbor tug designed for towing, assist and escort work in port operations.
2019
Conversion of the ÁRASY
Structural conversion of the ÁRASY on our slipway: her beam was increased from 6.00 to 8.40 m and her depth and power were upgraded, turning her into a pushboat capable of handling convoys of nine loaded Mississippi-type barges.
2020
Construction of the ÁNGELUS GABRIEL
Construction at our shipyard of a pushboat designed for international river navigation and for operating Mississippi-type barge convoys.
2021
Construction of the MICHELANGELO
Construction of the MICHELANGELO, a 24.70 m, 2 × 483 HP pushboat for Mississippi-type barge convoys.
Milestones

Over 15 years on the Hidrovía
Since 2010, we have supported continuous river operations in an environment of hydrological variations, constant traffic and demanding operational availability requirements, with experience adapting vessels to restricted-draft waters.
2.
RINA & ClassNK Approved Procedures
We work with welding procedures approved by RINA and ClassNK, both classification societies and members of IACS. Our welders and fitters hold international certification, and we use ASTM A131 steel plate and consumables approved by IACS members.
3.
Reference clients
We provide shipyard services to companies such as LDC (Louis Dreyfus Company), a global leader in agribusiness, and PetroSan, a fuel distributor in Paraguay, serving domestic and international shipowners under demanding operational standards.
4.
Zero LTI
We have maintained a record of Zero Lost Time Injuries (LTI) over the last three years, reflecting strict safety discipline across all our steelwork and ship maintenance operations.
5.
Expanding Infrastructure
We operate two shipyards, in Nueva Asunción and Blanco Cué, with slipway capacity for up to 12 vessels simultaneously, heavy-lift cranes and specialized workshops. In 2026, we added a workshop vessel that expands our afloat intervention capacity.
